What does per project mean?
A project is one launch with its own RERA registration, such as a tower, a phase or a colony. You pay for each live project. Completed projects move to read-only at no charge.
How does the free project work?
Your first project on the Colony plan is free for 30 days with all Colony features. No card is needed to start.
Can we change plans later?
Yes. Move up or down at any time. The change applies from the next billing cycle and your data stays as it is.
Do you charge for setup?
Setup and data import for your first project are included on every plan. Large historical migrations on Township are planned with you.
