Terms of Service

These terms apply when a real estate developer signs up for and uses the platform, including the Enquiry Hub, AI Buyer Matcher, Unit Board, Site Visits, Payment Plans, Channel Partner Desk and Project Ledger.

Your account

You must provide accurate details when signing up and keep your login credentials private. You are responsible for the users you add and the access you give them. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been misused.

Plans and projects

Plans are priced per live project per month. A project is one launch with its own RERA registration, such as a tower, a phase or a colony. Plan limits on projects, units and users apply as shown on the pricing page at the time you subscribe.

Your data

You own your project, buyer and partner data. You give us permission to store and process it only to run the service for you. You can export it at any time.

Your responsibilities as a developer

• Collect buyer and partner data lawfully and only contact people who have enquired with you or agreed to be contacted.
• Follow RERA rules and other laws in your advertising, sales communication, agreements and collections.
• Keep price sheets, payment plans and inventory accurate. The platform shows what you enter.
• Verify reports such as RERA quarterly drafts before filing. They are prepared to help you and are not filed on your behalf.

The AI Buyer Matcher

Matches are suggestions for your sales team based on the buyer's stated needs and your live inventory. Your team decides what to show and offer. The feature does not give price predictions, investment advice or guarantees of any kind, and you must not present its output to buyers as such.

Channel partner rules

Lead ownership and brokerage are calculated from the rules you configure, such as first registration and ownership windows. You are responsible for agreeing these rules with your partners and for approving payouts.

Acceptable use

• No sending of unsolicited bulk messages to people who have not enquired.
• No use of the service to discriminate against buyers on religion, caste, community, gender or similar grounds.
• No attempts to break, overload or reverse engineer the service.
• No uploading of content you do not have the right to use.

Billing

Fees are billed in advance for the chosen period. Taxes apply as per law. If a payment fails, we will remind you before limiting access. Refunds are covered in the Refund Policy.

Availability and support

We work to keep the service available at all times and schedule maintenance outside busy sales hours where possible. Support is provided through the channels included in your plan.

Ending the service

You can cancel at any time and the plan stays active until the end of the paid period. We may suspend accounts that break these terms after notice, except where immediate action is needed to protect buyers, partners or the service.

Liability

The service is provided to support your sales, collections and accounting work. We are not liable for business decisions, pricing, sales commitments or filings made by you or your staff. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product grows. We will tell account owners by email about material changes before they take effect.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and courts in Uttar Pradesh have jurisdiction.
